I’ve been feeling a little off lately. Maybe it’s because I just miss the gym, don’t really want to be working out in a field, or am just a little sore and tired. Yesterday I went to go do a full body workout, and just didn’t feel it at all. So instead, I did this 10 minute abs session and called it. I don’t normally train just abs, so it was a nice change! And also it freaking burned 😉 Give this one to try either as a standalone work out or at the end of the session. Whatever you do, I’m proud of you 👏🏽 Work out details: Set a timer for 10 minutes.
