This ab exercise has been added into my repertoire lately and I love it! I don’t like training abs and lately when I add a core exercise into my sessions, I don’t find that I get enough of a challenge / burn. So I decided to take an exercise and add some weight into the mix! 🥵 This movement is great because it will also challenge your grip strength and overall ability to control your body to avoid swinging. Make sure to set your scapula down and back, so you’re building up that strength too (look up scapula pull ups if you don’t know what I’m referring to)! Give this one a go and let me know what you think. PS: if this movement is too difficult for you, practice doing it without any weight.
