It's no secret I love going to the Central Market in Port of Spain, the capital city of Trinidad & Tobago. Hailed by many live aboard yacht cruisers as one of the best fresh food markets in the Caribbean, we get almost all of our fresh produce from there. The shrimp is freshly caught so I buy some every week, but this time we got to try a giant king prawn, the biggest I've ever seen! Safe to say it was delicious! While anchored out in my sailboat for months at a time I sustain myself through spearfishing. And no fish is more prized to me than the Permit. A super powerful fish with a crazy fight on it! My spear was not attached to anything. So if I let go, there would go my polespear and the fish. Check out this crazy fight!
