As Mckillen put it, "There's a temptation to chase quick results and make changes early, but | believe in investing time in the guys and getting better together. When it rains so heavy you can barely see your bow ⛈️ that’s not the moment you want your AIS alarm beeping 🚨 While AIS is rather precise, we do not want to rely on it 100% when passing a boat only 0.2nm away.
