Em The Farm of Tomorrow (1954), Tex Avery apresenta uma "visão científica" de como seriam as fazendas com avanços tecnológicos e biotecnológicos, narrada com tom satírico por Paul Frees. O curta exibe uma série de gags centrados em cruzamentos entre animais e máquinas para aumentar a produtividade.
