Extreme weather in Montenegro!! The Bora wind is not uncommon in the Adriatic but this one was the worst in many years with some boats wintering with us in Porto Montenegro seeing 99kts! We recorded 79kts on Intrepid Bear! This beautiful Sparkman and Stephens has a colourful history in racing and also in the Charter industry, known as Samurai at one stage and Gyspy Dancer.We purchased her a few weeks ago from a mooring at Airlie Beach, in a bad way, headed to Rosshaven Slipway in Townsville for a restoration.
