I went for a bike ride near the marina where Vie Sauvage is docked. I made a sudden turn down a street and ended up watching these guys playing cricket. When they asked if I wanted to play, I jumped up. My first time ever touching a cricket ball and bat! This will be a big part of my travels, experiencing new friends and new things. Food, culture, people, sailing. #adventuretravel #sailing

Snowflakes dancing on the deck, and then - wow! Look at that plane emerging from the swirling white chaos. Taking off from a frozen airstrip, right there at the edge of the world. The cruise ship's a pretty awesome vantage point, giving us front-row seats to this arctic drama. Imagine the skill it takes to pilot a plane in these conditions.
