One of our NSSC Sailability members, Jazz Turner, featured on BBC South East Today evening news on leaving Brighton Marina at the start of her epic Project FEAR ("face everything and rise") journey. She is attempting to become the first female wheelchair user to complete a solo, non-stop, unassisted circumnavigation of the UK and Ireland. Jazz is raising money for the Newhaven and Seaford Sailing Club (NSSC) Sailability fund. The most famous image of Mykonos is the five windmills standing on a small hill by the water, which you can already see from a distance when approaching the town. Most of the windmills face north and were built by the Venetians in the 16th century. They also look stunning at sunset.
