Here in San Diego, we’re lucky to enjoy year-round sailing, with our crew hitting the water 7 days a week, all 12 months of the year. Southern California’s weather during January, February, and March is hard to beat—lately, we’ve been enjoying sunny days with temperatures in the 60s and 70s. One of the most common questions we hear this time of year is: "Will I get cold on the water?" The truth is, San Diego’s winter weather isn’t all that different from fall or spring. Captain Dave’s Tip: Bring an extra layer—like a windbreaker or jacket—to stay comfortable during your sail. And don’t worry, we’ve got you covered with cozy blankets, especially when the sun begins to set on our Sunset Sails. Another reason to sail this season? It’s prime wildlife-spotting time! Whale-watching season is happening NOW through mid-April. Join one of our Whale-Watching Sails to catch gray whales in their natural habitat as they migrate south to Baja, California, right along our coastal waters. Wir wollten testen um wie viel schneller der Kat fährt, wenn wir zu unseren 2x6Kw e Motore noch den 30 PS Diesel Notmotor dazu schalten. Das Ergebnis war ernüchternd, nur mit e schaffen wir max 7KN mit dem zusätzlichen Diesel 7,6KN. Vmax nur mit Diesel 6KN. Nur mit e Motore reichen uns 2x3,2KW um 6KN zu erreichen. Da sieht man wie schlecht der Wirkungsgrad von Innenborder Diesel zu e Aussenborder ist. Diesel 21,3KW zu 6,4KW e-Motor bei 6KN Geschwindigkeit.
