Can a tourist keep up with a Solomon Island local? 🌴 We tried our hand at traditional coconut scraping to make some fresh coconut cream, but let’s just say we were a bit outmatched! It’s incredible to see how fast the locals can work—in the time it took us to do half a coconut, he had finished the whole batch! Such a fun way to learn about local food culture in Telina. Hi!👋🏻 We're Ed & Paige. We met in 2011, and in 2014 Ed completed an 18 month circumnavigation with his father (I got to tag along for most of the Pacific🙌🏻). Following his return we knew we would do whatever it took to get back on the water, this time in our own boat, together. After nearly 5 years of planning, saving, and questioning our sanity, we quit our jobs in 2019 and sold most of our non-essential/non-heartfelt belongings. We've decided to spend the next few years dedicating ourselves to travel and adventure while living aboard our 37 foot home, Sea Pearl.
