First time ontop of the mast of our sailboat. Checking the rigging and gear before we make our way across the Aegean Sea in Greece In some unpredictable weather through winter. We also thread the lazy Jack lines through the stanchion holes so they stop slapping on the mast during the night when it’s windy keeping us awake! CATAMARAN ALESSANDRA is custom made Lagoon Catamaran made for Alessandra Dupont and she claimed her at Les Sables D'olone /France in June@0/2013.She sailed from there to Atlantic coast of FRANCE, SPAIN,PORTUGAL ,PASSED THE BAY OF BISCAYNE WITH SAIL /40 KNOTS/,crossed GIBRALTAR TO MEDETERRANIAN,did all BALEARIC ISLANDS,IBIZA,PALMA DI MAJORCA,MENORCA,CORSICA,SARDINIA,EOLEIES,CROATIA,GREEK ISLANDS,KEKOVA TURKEY then crossed back the GIBRALTAR toLAS PALMAS to do the Christopher Colombous route via Cape VERDE ,Crossed the ATLANTIC TO ST.LUCIA. Celebrated new years Eve in Caribbean .continued ST.MARTIN,ST.BARTS,KITTS and NEVIS,SABA,BVI,PUERTO RICO,ST.THOMAS ,TCI,ALL BAHAMAS and ARRIVED TO FLORIDA. THIS FANTASTC TRIP TOOK 1 YEAR THAT WE CELEBRATED JUN20,2014. WE WILL CONTINUE REPORTING.

We sail on the good ship Saracen, a Beneteau Oceanis 473 from 2006. Out journey started in Scotland in early 2023 and our ultimate goal is to sail around the globe …..slowly. We make these videos mostly for family and friends and to create a record of our adventures for ourselves so that we can look back at them later in life, were not in it to make money (way to hard).
