Deux îles, deux ambiances : Antigua la volcanique et Barbuda la corallienne, distantes de 25 miles marins, n’ont rien en commun si ce n’est de constituer le même pays. Ses longs récifs coralliens protègent des plages interminables de sable rose et blanc. Sa mangrove héberge la deuxième plus grande colonie de frégates du monde, après les Galapagos. Ayant totalement exclu le tourisme de masse, Barbuda a été listée en 2016 dans les dix plus belles destinations de vacances par le Conde Nast Traveller. Designed by an naval architect to comfortably circumnavigate the world, and yet, be built by the average person in a residential garage/shed.
