During rough weather at a marina, one sailboat breaks free from its mooring line and drifts uncontrollably. Mitt ute på Stilla havet går vår watermaker sönder. Precis den utrustning vi är beroende av för att göra dricksvatten av havsvattnet. 🌊 Vi har 700 sjömil kvar till Nendo, vilket är 5-6dagar, och därefter ska vi försöka få tag på reservdelar i Honiara. Som tur är har vi 250 liter vatten i reservtanken. Men från och med nu blir det vattensmart matlagning och disk i saltvatten! Det är sådana här stunder man inser hur beroende man är av att systemen ombord fungerar. ⛵️ Ett problem i taget. En sjömil i taget. Hur länge tror ni att ni skulle klara er på 250 liter vatten som familj på fem personer? 💧
