While heading down the coast, we were taken by surprise by calls on the VHF regarding a Prohibited Zone around Cape Canaveral. Apparently, we were scheduled to hit Cape Canaveral right at the same time they closed down the zones for transit. What!? What were the zones? Where were the zones? Were we in one!? We ultimately determined, using Starlink!!!, where the zones were and that ultimately we were fine...but, this was after we turned around 180º and added another 2-hours to our trip south. Oh Well.

Check out this Heavy Duty Anchoring set up! These are 3 to 4 foot waves at Anclote Key Florida with 15 to 25 knot sustained winds for the last 3 days! Should calm down tomorrow. 👍
