One of our NSSC Sailability members, Jazz Turner, featured on BBC South East Today lunchtime news on leaving Brighton Marina at the start of her epic Project FEAR ("face everything and rise") journey. She is attempting to become the first female wheelchair user to complete a solo, non-stop, unassisted circumnavigation of the UK and Ireland. Jazz is raising money for the Newhaven and Seaford Sailing Club (NSSC) Sailability fund. Dedichiamo il nostro primo "short", o "video breve", ad uno dei luoghi più simbolici per tutti i naviganti. La nostra prima grande emozione è stata quella dell'arrivo a Gibilterra. Navigare a bordo della nostra Y2K sotto la famosa "Rocca", così tanto raccontata dai grandi navigatori, è stata un'esperienza davvero indimenticabile. In quel momento abbiamo davvero realizzato che non era la solita vacanza, ma che iniziava la grande avventura.
