Today, the BVI are a well-known tax haven (zero rate of tax for companies). These islands are also a popular tourist destination and boating area for Americans, but less well-known to Europeans. Hard hit by Hurricane Irma in September 2017, the BVI have managed to get infrastructure and the economy back on track. We talked with the Greek windsurfer Byron Kokkalanis, who placed fifth at the 2016 Summer Olympics and sixth at the 2012 London Olympic Games, and his coach, Nikolaos Kaklamanakis, the Greek gold-medal winner who lit the Olympic torch in the opening ceremony of the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens!
