A ce grattage de la coque du voilier succède un ponçage manuel à la cale. Ici au 80 à l'eau. Rinçage abondant est obligatoire. PrÊparer le marin à ÃĒtre bien trempÊ. Une prÊparation plus longue donne un meilleur rÊsultat. Ici ce travail de grattage et de ponçage a ÊtÊ effectuÊ en une journÊe. Notre voilier est un A35. Il est utilisÊ en Êcole de voile, en sessions loisir ou sportives. Ce type de voilier course croisière est idÊal pour l'apprentissage et le loisir. âē Our Australian correspondent Kevin Green got the opportunity for a test sail aboard the XF75, a luxurious powercat that is as high-performance as it is exclusive, with a superstructure that doubles as a helipad. This powercat, offered by New Zealand manufacturer Voodoo Yachts and unveiled at the recent Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show, features a carefully optimized hull and foils that allow it to reach speeds of up to 50 knots. In addition to this impressive speed for a 75-foot vessel, the Voodoo boasts fuel consumption well below that of an 85- to 90-foot monohull superyacht offering the same features: the usable area measures some 3,000 square feet (279 m²)... By limiting its speed to 8 knots, the XF75 is capable of ocean passage-making.
