It's time for the 2017 Para World Sailing Championships in Kiel, Germany. More than 80 sailors from 39 nations will compete over five days of competition. The event is being held at the Schilksee Olympic Centre, as part of the 2017 Kieler Woche. Competitors will race across the three Para World Sailing Championship Classes; the 2.4 Norlin OD, Men's Hansa 303 and Women's Hansa 303. After kindly being gifted a cook book by a Trinidadian vendor at the Central Market in Port of Spain I've been practicing cooking different local dishes. It's a style of cooking that's jam packed with spices and fresh ingredients that pack a punch in terms of flavour!
