Zephyr Boats presents the first 100% electric production unit: ZEPHYR 800 ECO. The boat, which features an electric power of 168 kW and speeds of up to 25 knots, offers a completely new boating experience. The new ZEPHYR800 ECO has been the First 100% Electric Boat presented within the ‘Decarbonization of Recreational Boats’ Project, promoted by ACCIÓ and the Barcelona Nautical Capital Foundation. This project aims to electrify and decarbonize the Catalan nautical sector, leveraging the celebration of the 37th Edition of the America’s Cup, the world's most important sailing competition, in Barcelona. The ZEPHYR800 ECO has been developed from scratch to be electric, so its dimensions and space have been designed to make the most of a technology based on an electric propulsion system with a power of 168 kW (230 HP) up to 225 kW (300 HP). The design of the helm has been significantly improved by eliminating analog indicators, which have been integrated into two screens that enhance the boating experience, offering greater connectivity, entertainment, and safety on the water. The ZEPHYR 800 ECO has a total length of 8.93 meters and a beam of 2.94 meters, with space for up to 12 passengers. On the aft deck, you will find space to carry 2 paddleboards during navigation, as well as comfortable seating for 12 people, sheltered from the sun by a large bimini. It stands out for its abundant storage space, ranging from numerous storage compartments and stowage areas to two large XXL lockers designed to accommodate two removable tables and long items such as fishing rods. Noteworthy among the equipment of the ZEPHYR800 ECO is the inclusion of a kitchen on deck. Additionally, it has two cabins and a well-integrated bathroom.
