Sailing is a huge part of my life. It's a past time that I've come to later in life as I didn't grow up a sailor. I'm lucky enough to own Ventura, a Beneteau 38.1, and work to spend much of my summers on her sailing the Great Lakes. I've begun capturing videos of my time on the water and will begin compiling them here. I'll also be sharing them and writing about the trips at https://www.venturasailing.com. Who knows where things like this go, but it's my goal to put videos out and couple them with stories about life around the water or life on the sea. Most of the videos, particularly in season 1, will be SLOW TV, a concept that I borrowed from SV Delos; I definitely have enjoyed the passages that they've shared that simply show a boat and it's crew on the water; in here, I've simply coupled the concept with an audio book.
