https://velaboatworks.com/ We pulled the Vela 368 Catamaran out of the shop for a quick clean. At this stage, she's got high build primer on the gunnel cap. The console and helm seat are fastened in place. Now we are about to take her out for a spin to see how she rides with the extra weight.

Vela Boatworks splashed the 368 Hull #1 in February 2020. She was outfitted with Twin 400 Verados and topped out at 62.5mph. The props used were 21 Pitch, and we never got the full RPM range. We were short by about 800 RPM. The next time we splash her, she'll have 19 Pitch props on and we expect to go even faster.
