Today we took the apprentices on a day out to visit The Sutton Hoo ship replica, an Anglo-Saxon ship which was buried in the 7th century and is now being replicated thanks to the amazingly talented restorers at The Sutton Hoo Ship Company in Woodbridge, Suffolk. ???The trust has just arrived back from 3 days of intense sail training! The trust stayed overnight, on board Pioneer, and over the course of the 3 days, everyone worked together as a team, brushing up on our sailing skills, water safety, safeguarding & emergency response to name a few!
