In July of 2014 I purchased a 42 ft sailboat. She was built in 1985 by Hallberg Rassy in Sweden. In this series of videos I will be documenting my experiences as I fix things, break things and alternate between the pleasure of sailing and the sheer terror of narrowly averting disaster. I'm not only a newbie sailor, but also a newbie ocean fisherman. I decided to take the dinghy out of the marina and around the island to try my hand at catching something.
