Join us for the raw reality of offshore sailing across the North Pacific Ocean: the weather that humbles you, the decisions that save you, and the ocean that teaches you that getting there safely matters more than getting there quickly. Atlantic Focaccia Recipe: 500g flour (4 cups) 500ml water (2cups) 10g salt (2 teaspoon) 8g yeast (2 teaspoon) 1 teaspoon of honey Mix yeast, 1 cup of water and honey together. Wait for bubbles to form on surface of water. Then mix in all other ingredients. Soak in olive oil. Plastic wrap and put in fridge (leave some room to rise). Take out of fridge and put in baking tray. Leave 2-4hrs to rise. Add flakey sea salt and rosemary and dimple with fingers. Oven high till golden brown. Take out of tray to let cool down.
