We are dedicated to assisting both buyers and sellers of quality oceangoing sailing and power yachts through a consultative approach. We are educators as well as boaters. Melanie Neale, our founder, lives aboard and cruises an Island Packet Yacht in Florida waters. She is a lifelong boater and a prominent figure in the marine industry, known for her books and magazine articles as well as her experience as a Florida Yacht Broker. She worked extensively in education and communications prior to entering yacht sales, and brings organizational skills, people management skills, and the ability to teach clients about the processes to the table.
