Shaima is a 63 feet cutter built by Queen Long Marine of Taiwan, builder of Hylas Yachts. Shaima is out to explore the world in unusual ways as we do not restrict our itinerary to traditional East to West sailing routes via the Tradewinds. Hoping to explore all of the world's sailing regions in this manner, Shaima sails seven months a year and in its 8 year history since launching in 2017 having sailed over 70,000 nautical miles. This years adventures are focused on Patagonia, Antarctica, Argentina, Uruguay and Brazil, returning to Caribbean home waters by April 2026.
