DIY Rowing Machine with positive and negative resistance. The rowing machine slide & seat is from BODYCRAFT: https://www.bodycraft.com/product/prow/ The blocks/pulleys for pulling cord are from Harken. The rest of hardware and steel springs are from The Home Depot. I have about $400 into this setup. Great cardio/strength exercise. In this video I show normal row, high row, low curl, high curl and single arm row. I do each motion 20 times before changing to the next position. I usually row 20 to 30 minutes after doing a 30 minute bike ride to warm up.

Generac XD5000e portable diesel generator - perfect for job sites, small homes, homes with many natural/propane gas appliances and/or limited space where it isn't possible to install a whole home generator. As a former boat captain this generator made perfect sense - reliability, diesel fuel instead of gasoline, and plenty of torque. My battery monitor is from LNEX model BVM02, trickle charger is Schumacher model SC1278, and storage cover is from TheCoverStore.com item# 753.BKR. Finally, I replaced the stock hard tires with soft HAUL-MASTER 10 in. Pneumatic Tires (4.10/3.50-4) - this allows taking the generator over gassy areas, dirt and gravel. @generac
