This car is a terrible boat. Saw this as I was launching my boat at a North Miami Beach marina.
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue, City of Miami Fire Rescue, Coast Guard and Miami Dade Police all responding to a liveaboard sailboat fire. The boat has been moored near Belle Isle for about a year and I regularly see the owner on it. Hope he wasn't today. I don't believe so though. No dinghy was tied to the boat. It still will be awful for him though as he lost his home.
How I remove corrosion and salt from my fishing reels as well as leave a film of protection on them to prevent it the next time. Mostly, if you care for your reels then you should rarely see corrosion, however, if you have a bonehead friend or some bad luck, I hope these tips help. I just had my props in the balancing shop getting a bent blade fixed on one of them and getting both of them balanced. This is how to reinstall the the propeller on pretty much any outboard although these outboards in this video are Suzuki DF225's and I'm using a McGard prop lock instead of a traditional prop nut (highly recommended). Note, if you are using a traditional prop nut, then it will probably have either tabs or cotter pins to lock it in place and prevent spinoff. https://www.boatpedia.org The torque wrench I'm using is: http://amzn.to/2rwyxZY The McGard Prop Locks: http://amzn.to/2qX4kpQ Synthetic Green Grease I use: http://amzn.to/2rw5PrV
