Samantas is a 1979 Columbia 10.7 sailboat I purchased in October 2020 for $750. It is Currently undergoing a DIY full refit and repair. I am researching, and documenting my progress as I go through this boat, and I appreciate ideas and advice along the way! I intended to liveaboard during the summers on lake Champlain as I refit and learn to sail this boat. My goal is to sail her south, down the east coast into the Caribbean and beyond in 2 years.
