In this episode, we’re stepping off It’s The Truth and onto a very different kind of sailing adventure—delivering a Leopard 40 catamaran from St. Lucia all the way to Connecticut. And once we reach our destination, we give you a full tour of Kenzie—sharing our honest take on what we liked (and didn’t) about this boat compared to our monohull life aboard It’s The Truth. Join us this week as we sail south along the stunning eastern coast of Baranof Island, where we dive deep into the heart of its magnificent fjords. These narrow, winding inlets, carved by glaciers over millennia, are some of the most awe-inspiring landscapes on Earth. Surrounded by towering, jagged cliffs that rise dramatically from the water, the fjords offer a sense of quiet grandeur that can only be fully appreciated from the deck of a boat. The still waters reflect the lush, green forests and snow-capped peaks, creating an atmosphere of peace and untouched beauty that feels almost otherworldly. As we explore deeper into the fjords, we uncover hidden coves and secluded bays, each one more breathtaking than the last. The sheer cliffs seem to close in around us, creating a sense of intimacy with the wilderness, while the waters teem with life. As we make our way south to Warren Cove on Warren Island, the environment around us is teeming with activity. We are greeted by the graceful sight of whales gliding through the water, while schools of salmon swim by, adding to the sense of abundance in this pristine place.
