We knew would be hard, but didn't realize just how hard until now. They say the two happiest days in a boat owner's life are the day they buy and the day they sell. Honestly, we think that's a load of crap. For over three incredible years, Honu wasn't just our boat-he was our home, our protector, our partner in every wild, beautiful, exhausting, magical moment. Letting him go feels less like selling a boat and more like saying goodbye to a piece of our soul. It's like losing a family member. We lived every single day on Honu. He carried us through unforgettable places, countless "firsts," impossible challenges, and moments of pure awe. We laughed, we cried, we swore at him, and we thanked him. We cared for him, and in his own way, he took care of us right back. It was love, plain and simple. But as many of you know, a new chapter is calling. We're stepping into a new adventure as professional captains, joining an amazing family aboard their brand-new sailing yacht. And as much as it hurts, we knew we couldn't give two boats the love and care they deserve-not the way we do things. So, with hearts full of gratitude, we passed Honu on to a new family. The moment we met them, we saw that same spark-that hunger for adventure, that love for the water-and we knew they were the ones. Honu is in good hands. Goodbye, Nu. Thank you for everything. We'll see you out there. ???? Get Honu'd

The walk up to Shirley Hights is so beautiful. The BBQ, sunset and culture were truly amazing. The walk back down in the dark was a whole different story. Who doesn't love adventure hiking in the dark?
As many of you know, Grenada's sister islands of Carriacou and Petite Martinique got decimated by the recent Hurricane that passed through on July 1st leaving no building untouched and destroying vital infrastructure. The question is now what we can do to help these wonderful people who feel like family to us and that have lost everything? And the answer, we can help spread the word and share the information. @Spiceislandmarine, a local marina here in Grenada, the sailing YouTube creator community (led by @theadventurecrews), and a global group or creatives have joined forces to form Rise Grenada. Please visit www.risegrenada.org to learn more/donate "Our Mission is to raise funds and awareness to rebuild small business and restore livelihoods in these beautiful islands. Join us in supporting the resilient spirit of Grenada by donating or volunteering today." As well the YouTube Creator community will be hosting a *live YouTube-athon* on *July 14th* starting at *10am EST* to help raise money and awareness. Please stay tuned for the link and join us in our efforts. THINK A TELATHON, BUT ON YT. There is a huge number of sailing YT channels that will be online in half hour time slots (including us) and we are also going to help host the event along with The Adventure Crews and Sailing Fair Isle. Our hearts are with all those affected by this incredible storm
