Hello Everyone, Remember always ask the skipper for suggestions on what to bring. This video is about what to put in your sail bag for a day of either cruising or a day sailboat racing. I have included in my bag a light jacket and or a vest. You are also going to need sunblock and a pair of gloves preferably a pair of sailing gloves. Also going to need a hat to block out the sun and a good pair of sunglasses preferably polarized. I added the knee pads a couple of years ago to my bag and they are a saving My knees. Sail fast,
