Hi I'm Nate, and Together with my son Colin we are living out a dream of sailing across the Pacific Ocean. During COVID like most people a lot of things changed, and we couldn't wait to start traveling and exploring again. However looking into multiple options and costs, we decided that the best method of traveling for us would be by boat, to be more specific, a sailboat. So we started searching and planning, and after checking listings for boats all over the country, we found a boat exactly what we were looking for just a couple hours away from home. We left early the next morning to check out the boat (32' Islander MKII) when we first arrived, the boat was dirty, covered in mildew, the wood was grey and in dire need of attention, but over all in good shape. I was told there was some water damage inside, but I was not prepared for the amount of water overflowing the bilge, leaking portlights and windows, and rotten bulkheads caused buy a rotten mast seal.
