The weather gods smiled on us and Whitehaven Beach and Hill Inlet were firing on all cylinders and looking as blue as they get, the wind turned on for the perfect sail around the Whitsunday Islands towards Hook Island. Where the underwater world came alive. Found an abundance of soft corals, Three banded Anemone fish (A true Nemo) Angel Fish 3 species of Coral Trout (Coral Groupers to our non native friends) Barramundi Cod Cow tails Stingrays A blue spotted Ribbontail Ray. Multitude of turtles. A school of Humpheaded Parrotfish Just to name a few.
