it seems like the Cat-lady diver may possibly have done something to make my chart plotter anchor swing circle to have moved. that is putting me and my property in danger. the Cat-lady has no right to move my anchors or move my lawfully anchored vessel. just because she abandoned 2 large engines under water years ago.

Crazy Cat-Lady thinks she owns 3 parking spots for boats and looks like my anchors have been moved by crazy Cat-lady diver, according to GPS Chart plotter.

Morgan Out Island 33 sailboat powered by 800 watts of solar, 800 AH lipo4 batteries, 2,200 watt electric outboard motor. Motor going 3/4 speed. 1 mile used up 1/8 of the battery capacity.

The boats diesel engine, a Japanese farm engine, marinized, was hard to find parts for, and my batteries needed to be helped, with some being OK and others not. I went 'Solar + LiPo4' and a 48 volt system to push an electric inboard, put this vid is of 8 HP electric outboard on a hinged half an Avon that pretends to be a swim platform that can hold outboards.
