A-Class Catamaran Sailing in the Solent. Part of a mixed fleet race from Hill Head Sailing Club. SE wind of 10 building to 14kts gusting 18kts. First sail of the year and for 8 months so very rusty.

Started to move through the fleet after a late start to a race - hit the mark too hot as we exited the lee of the land, buried the hull, didn't ease off and with very little surprise capsized. Viewed from both the front and rear Garmin Virb cameras, complete with G-Metrix.

Edited highlights from the Seafarers, Lee-On-The-Solent, and Hill Head race in October 2016 from the HH Dart 16 catamaran. Blowing 16Kts gusting to 24Kts. Lots of spray, hull submersion and bumps. Filmed with 2 Garmin Virb XE cameras and using Virb Edit to produce and add the picture-in-picture.

Evening Duskers 19th Sept 2015. Light winds but sunny and warm made this a pleasant if not sedate race amongst the Mirrors, Toppers, Fevas, Lasers and a Pico.

First sail of a rebuilt Dart 16. New (to this boat) a spinnaker pole and chute, spinnaker, and refreshed rope, tightened trampoline. Recreational sailing away from a local race at Hill Head Sailing Club, Hampshire on the Solent. Includes first time test spinnaker raise (although halyard fouled around forestay). Note: Novice sailor.
