We went out on the mountain to a remote wooden cabin with no water or electricity but with a wood stove.We celebrated Christmas there and spent two days in the beautiful surroundings at Edåsdalen - Årefjällen.

First time for our two Irish setters to pull a sledge. One of the first training sessions with this equipment. We have done a lot of skiing trips earlier with them which helped a lot and they love to pull things! We used a light Scandinavian sledge ( called a "Spark" )primarily made to transport one or two persons. This is what we had, so we made our own rope rigg and hoped for the best. We have a great day togther. We used - Non stop free motion dog harness - Rukka dog overall Subrima - Non stop Protecter booties - Human clothes: Klättermusen

A cosy cold day with friends in northern Sweden. We went to the lake "Gevsjön" and made a nice open fire.

The "Jämtlands triangle" in 5 days. We combined winter camping with mountain stations. The trail is a popular path in the Swedish mountains during all seasons. Bortom puls och trängsel åkte vi turskidor från Gevsjön väster om Åre till Edsåsdalen med ett besök på Lyckans Läger tillsammans med våra hundar. Vi var ute i 5 dagar. Far away from the hectic atmosphere in Åre we went on a back country trip for 5 days. We visited "Lyckans Läger" ( The Happy Camp) and sleppt in tent together with our two Irish setters.
