This is a limited edition set from the Bricklink Designer program Series 3, our first in this series. We love the Lego Modular collection so when this set was announced for the limited edition Bricklink program I had to try and snag it, and I was able to get one! These sets are officially licensed and sold by Lego but they're created through independent Lego fan submissions that are voted on and then approved. Once they go on sale they are pre-ordered and limited to 10,000 copies of each, so the popular ones sell out very fast. Blacktron Cruiser is a recent Lego Gift With Purchase that I had to pick up to go with the 10497 Galaxy Explorer set for that classic space them battle! I didn't have Lego as a kid, but I still sense the nostalgia building these remakes of the original themes. It was a pretty fun build, that pulls apart into 3 separate sections. A classic space minifigure is included in black with some cool chest printing for the spacesuit. In this video I build the new Lego set from the Andor TV show, 75338 Ambush on Ferrix. This is my very first video! I already see several things to fix for next time, but thanks for giving it a watch and letting me know what you think. This set has caught a lot of flack for the price tag: $70 US. That's a lot of money for what looks like a little ship, but as other reviewers have pointed out it's actually quite a substantial build. Also, if you love the show you're going to NEED this set. The minifigs are awesome: Cassian Andor, Luthen Rael and Syril Karn are all here, which is good because this is the only Andor set so far. I really hope they make a set for Luthen's Fondor Haulcraft soon. I rate this set at 4.5/5! I really loved the build. It's got several different movable elements. It's super sturdy and dense for such a small ship, and the minifigure selection is top notch. It's pricey, but it's Lego, and everything is costing more these days. At 70 bucks that's real close to 10 cents per piece, which is the classic price/value point for Lego. If you're a fan of the show and Lego Star Wars ships, you should definitely pick this one up before it retires. Thanks for watching y'all! In this video, we build the Justifier! This is Cad Bane's ship from the first season of the Bad Batch If you've never watched the Clone Wars animated series and now the Bad Batch, you have some homework to do. Cad Bane is an amazing character who we've now seen in live action in the Book of Boba Fett, but he really killed it in the Clone Wars animated series. The minifigure selection is the real reason I picked up this set. The only set so far with Omega, also Cad Bane who's been in a couple sets but not for a long time, and the droid Todo. They're the stars of the show. Fennec and Hunter have already been in a couple other recent sets so NBD for those two. Overall, I'd rate this set a 5 out of 10. The build was ok, not great but not bad either. The finished model will look good hanging with my other ships in the Star Wars fleet battle, but as a play toy the whooshing factor is good but the model itself is super basic. There's barely anything to do with this thing except whoosh. Also, it's HUGE. Way bigger than you think it'll be seeing pictures on the box and on the internet. That's great and all, but it comes with a HUGE price tag also. $180?!!! No way. Not worth that at all. I got my set used.. on FB marketplace. But I was more willing to buy this for $100 and mostly due to the minifigure selection. Thanks for watching, y'all!
