Charter yachts all around the world are, by large, owned by anxious individuals who place said boats with hopefully reputable operators to help finance their dream. They love yachts, dream of sailing around the world one day or just enjoy 'a lot' of sailing holidays. Alternatively, they are plain crazy. What's on every one of those owners minds however is exactly the same: How is my yacht being looked after? I am one of those owners and have started a blog to document exactly what these yachts look like as they proceed through their life in charter. My yacht, " No Shoes", is a 44' Helia Catamaran from Fountaine Pajot and it will start life in the factory in France in August 2018.
