2016 was filled with great Hobie Tiger experiences. Many events were sailed with great sailing conditions all over South Africa. The Hobie Tiger is really one best sailing boats ever made.

This Year Hobie Tiger and Hobie 16 women national Championships in South Africa were held at Laangebaan in the western cape.The sailing was the best we have had for a tiger nationals at Laangebaan in a long time. ****************************************** With the first day ranging between 10 to 15 knts as well as the second day and the third day getting up to around 18 knts. Richards bay to Durban the ultimate sailing epic. The race is set on one day and you cover 200 km. The race this year consisted of light wind generally ranging between 10 to 15 knots. The race started from Richards bay at 6:30 and the first boat came in at around 6 in the afternoon. We would really encourage people to sail in this race next year.
