Nous avons conçu SailForce, un winch électrique qui repousse les limites des solutions existantes. Nous avons développé un système de commande avancé qui permet un contrôle total des deux vitesses du winch. Il y a deux vitesses variables, rapide et lente. Elles offrent chacune des performances incomparables: la vitesse rapide est 25% plus rapide, tandis que la vitesse lente permet un réglage précis des voiles, avec une vitesse minimale de 1,6 centimètres par seconde. De plus, un affichage en temps réel de la tension des cordes garantit une navigation sans heurts. La sécurité a été notre priorité absolue dès le début de la conception. Nous avons intégré un double bouton de sécurité pour éviter toute activation accidentelle du moteur. Mais cela n'était pas suffisant pour protéger les équipements à bord contre de potentiels dommages. Nous sommes donc allés au-delà des solutions classiques en ajoutant un limiteur de tension ultrasensible, si précis qu'il peut même détecter un ris coincé. Au cœur de cette innovation se trouve notre moteur Brushless Outrunner, piloté par une carte électronique sophistiquée. Un logiciel calcule en temps réel la tension exercée sur la corde et freine instantanément lorsque les limites de tension sont atteintes. Une large gamme de limites de tension est entièrement paramétrable pour s'adapter aux spécificités de chaque bateau. Cela signifie que le système peut détecter instantanément des situations telles que la grand-voile atteignant la tête du mât ou une corde coincée dans un taquet. Notre obstination à offrir le meilleur rendement possible nous a permis de concevoir une solution qui consomme 50 % d'énergie en moins.
