Korvet50XLR sailing in the Azores from Ponta Delgada to Horta. Summer of 2021.

The Korvet50XLR is headed in this video from Ponta Delgada to the island of Faial and the port of Horta in the Azores. From there her journey continues across the Atlantic Ocean to Bermuda and Nassau.

The brand new Korvet50XLR named Callisto departed from Rotterdam on July 3 for the first leg of her trip to Nassau. Today she will arrive in Brighton from where the journey continues to the Azores. After a refueling stop in Horta the non-stop Atlantic crossing to Bermuda begins. With an average speed of 9 knots the crossing will take under 10 days, depending on sea and weather conditions. Another 4 days of travel takes her from Bermuda to Nassau, her new homeport.
