The Intercollegiate Sailing Association (ICSA) is the governing authority for sailing competition at colleges and universities throughout the United States and in some parts of Canada. The ICSA promotes, legislates, supervises and provides overall guidance to our 6 member regional conferences and affiliated institutions. ICSA is committed to promoting outstanding sportsmanship and competition at a variety of levels for a broad range of colleges and universities.
