The final day of the BORA Sailing Championship'2022 in Sofia delivered fresh breeze on Iskar Lake and tight races - 3 more to wrap the Qualifying Series and 3 races for the top 5 in the Finals. The crew from Ultramarine Sailing Club, with skipper Yavor Kolev, managed to score two wins in the Final Series and stole the crown from the Qualifying Series leader - the crew from CSYC with skipper Stefan Raev, who finished in the 4th place overall. The second day of the inaugural event in Sofia of BORA Sailing Championship'2022, delivered steadier and stronger winds. We saw planning boats, and light broaches as well. A total of 10 races were conducted, leaving a tight competition on the top of the leaderboard. The first 4 teams are one point apart of each other. The third and last day of the event is ahead, with final series planned for deciding who is going to win the first ever BORA Sailing Championship event in Sofia.
