On the Santa Rosa Cycling Club Friendly Friday B group ride on Feb 8th. Here are the specifics of the ride: http://ridewithgps.com/trips/1126955 This was just after mile 20 on the Map. It was steeper than it looks on the video so I was taking it real easy going down.

Instructor Lluis, explains how to tell if the rice is done and how add the seafood to prevent if from overcooking. This video immediately preceded Lluis's explanation of how to eat a shrimp head.
Onboard the Celebrity Century, Oct 6, 2011 during our cruise from San Diego to Hawaii and back
This is the video of the rescue of the crew of the SV Quantum Leap by the Celebrity Century at midnight HST, Friday Morning, Oct 7, 2011, 700NM NE of Hawaii. The master of the Celebrity Century did a fantastic job piloting the ship to windward of the crippled sailboat, while the safety officer piloted a tender to effect the transfer. The sailboat's injured captain, Phillip Johnson, 62, of Washington state, was stabilized aboard the 1,800-passenger vessel by the ship's medical staff. After being transfered upon arrival at Hawaii to Hilo Medical Center, it was learned that he'd suffered five broken vertebrae and a cracked rib when his boat was "hit from the side by a wave," which hurled Johnson across the cabin in the galley. His two crewmen were uninjured, but the boat suffered serious damage, including loss of power. Not shown is the second pass the Century and Tender had to do to get Quantum Leap safely in the Lee of the Century. The Quantum Leap was abandoned and adrift in the Pacific.
