35mm thick carbon QI plate infusion for a 68' cruising yacht. The video on the left is shot from above and the right is shot from the bottom. It took 55 minutes to infuse 88 layers of 400gsm carbon.

On November 27, 2018 we took the second carbon cutter out for a test sail. With only 12 knots of true breeze, the boat moved along nicely on a reach easily getting up to a speed of 8 knots.

The Riptide 41 is our second project from the Bieker Boats design firm. The boat is a water-ballasted, "high-performance gentleman's racer" that is being built with the latest carbon-composite materials. This time-lapse video, created by Geoff Thilo, shows the hull being rolled over after which structural work on the interior and bonding of the deck commenced.
