We made it through? but not without a fight. In Part 2 of our Atlantic Crossing, we face our most intense night at sea yet-what Frankie now calls "the night from hell." Strong winds, failing gear, and exhaustion pushed us to our limits as we approached land after days on the ocean. And after that, we made an unforgettable stop in Cape Verde. In this episode, we explore the island life of São Vicente. We watched local fishermen sail their handmade boats with impressive skill, learned about their traditions, and even gave a little help where we could. The music, the rhythm, the people-it was here we truly felt that we had left Europe behind. A raw, emotional chapter of our crossing-and a glimpse into a culture that left a deep impression on us.
