Every spring I post a video of the Multihull Centre. This has been my home base since 1982. And every year it seems to get ever more crowded with multihulls. In part of course because they are all much larger than 30 years ago. In this video you can see two Transit 38's, a Gypsy 28 and an Eclipse. Something that is safe to feel when embraced warmly may be painful if not invited. Knowing these triggers will help you overcome them much better. You can be empowered by knowing what makes you tick to heal more effectively.
