What is your favourite offshore meal? we had a rather calm 20 days at sea, so we enjoyed a lot of "normal" food without having to rely much on pre-cooked meals. Liveaboard trip -2017 / night dive is a good choice but if you don't feel like suiting up and carrying the heavy gears , you can just stand by the deck and watch sharks and fish swimming by your feet ;)
