Stade singt, Stade lacht, Stade lebt! 👍 Das ist das Motto, seit Jahren in unserer Heimat. Dies bescherte uns immer wieder überraschende Begegnungen und wir haben viele unbekannte Talente getroffen, aber auch bekannte Musiker der Szene sind uns auf unserer vergangenen „Tour“ begegnet. Corona hat uns seit letztem August, als wir unseren Anker ⚓️ am Stader Hafen herunter gelassen haben, keine Chance mehr gegeben, diese wunderbaren Talente wieder mal an unserer Seite zu erleben. Ein paar Minuten eine göttliche Stimme und den Klang der Gitarre hören- und das bei einer frischen Brise von der Elbe und vor einer wunderschönen Stader Kulisse! Was braucht man noch mehr für einen unvergesslichen Sonnenuntergang? Viele solcher Abende haben wir an verschiedenen, schönen Orten in Stade, mit unseren Stader Musikern erlebt. The skipper on Going to Red splits the gap between one boat racing to windward and another running down wind in his J109 in the third weekend of racing at the season ending Frosties Regatta out of SLYC on the lovely strangford lough. The early October weather as simply stunning with 8 to 14 knots push the boats around the two races which were held on a perfect day for sailing on the lough. There was only a small fleet racing in the IRC fleet which was slightly disappointing end to the season. After a slow start in weeks 1 and 2 GTR is not back in the mix with two race wins on day 3 of the regatta.
